5/8 inch Nickel Alloy R405 Hexagon Rods are a free matching version of Nickel R400 "Monel 400". Like 400, R405 is highly corrosive resistant and high strength. It is heat treatable. R405 has good weldability and formability and is used widely in marine equipment and hardware, chemical processing and marine related production due to its high corrosion resistance.
