Carbon Steel U-Edge

Carbon Steel U-Edge provides protection against sharp edges as a result of shearing expanded or perforated sheet. Attached by either welding or pressing, U-Edge offers safer handling of finished sheet and a more attractive appearance.

 

1/16" base: Fits 18ga.-16ga. flattened expanded & up to 0.06" thick perforated
 
1/8" base: Fits all flattened expanded, up to 0.135" thick perforated, & 18ga.-16ga. standard expanded
 
1/4" base: Fits all flattened expanded/perforated sizes & all standard expanded sizes except for 3/4" hole x 10ga., 3/4" hole x 9ga., 1.5" hole x 9ga., 1.5" hole x 6ga.
 
5/16" base: Fits all flattened expanded/perforated sizes & all standard expanded sizes except for 3/4" hole x 9ga., 1.5" hole x 9ga., 1.5" hole x 6ga.
