Overview
A commonly used high carbon steel with a wide range of applications due to the typical benefits of steel. 1095 steel exhibits high yield and is harder together with having more spring than 1075, but is less bendable. Due to the heat treatment of 1095 spring steel, it cannot be welded.Typically used in antennas, clock hands, lock pics, s-tines, spring clamps, and vehicle coil springs.
