The rugged look of these hand ground blades will make this knife a showpiece as well as being an extremely useful kitchen tool. Made from heavy gauge high carbon steel. Satin finished. Use 5/16" cutlery rivets or 1/8" pins to attach handle material. Kit includes Blade, Cutlery Rivets, Handle Materials, and Instructions.
